Teaching Assistant - Part Time -Temporary for 1 year
Scale 6 – Point 21: £7153.52 to Point 25: £8048.54 15 hours p.w. term time only
The governors of The Catholic High School, Chester are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant. This role is currently 15 hrs per week supporting a student with challenging behaviour. We would welcome applications if you are experienced, or looking to have a change in career (and take up new challenges) or seeking an in-school role before training to be a teacher. The successful candidate will be required to provide learning and care support on a 1:1, small group and in class basis. Good communication and IT skills and a high level of literacy and numeracy are essential to the position.
